CnergyPro orders the licenses from Microsoft through Ingram Micro. A new Microsoft account is created for you; for an existing one, your Global Admin gets an invitation to accept CnergyPro as reseller, and the licenses appear once they accept.
You can add users at any time from the Licenses page in your account. Microsoft allows fewer users, or cancelling, only within 7 days of buying or renewing; after that, the number can only go up until the term renews.
An annual commitment costs less, and you can still pay for it monthly. Month to month costs more, set by Microsoft, and can be cancelled at each renewal.
Yes. Order here and choose "We already use Microsoft 365"; your consultant plans the move with you, timed to your current renewal so nothing is paid twice and nobody loses access.
Yes, on a quote. Enterprise plans and other Microsoft licenses are priced to your requirement; request a quote and a consultant replies, usually within one business day.
